• It can retrieve and use knowledge from the platform's documentation and how-to guides to generate answers to your specific questions.

• All conversations are stored and might be read by members from our support team.

• ChatPLM is still at a very early stage, in particular we are using open-source models hosted at CERN, which are not yet as helpful as commercial models. Do expect occasional incorrect answers and hallucinations, please fact-check the information by checking the provided relevant document sources.

• ChatPLM is released now to gather early feedback and to further improve our documentation. Do not hesitate to share your feedback about an answer by clicking on the thumbs up/down buttons or provide a comment by clicking on the Feedback button.

• We are gradually adding more knowledge as gathered from Support Tickets and other sources.
