PLM and CAD Service

The PLM and CAD Service provides the organisation with tools, support, training and methodology for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and in particular mechanical CAD and design information management. This service is provided by EN/IM and with user input from GUCC, GrACQ and PLM WG.

Additionally, in order to efficiently use an advanced CAD tool like CATIA V5 or AutoCAD, initial Training, Methodology and Support from system experts are absolutely needed. Therefore, CATIA and the PLM platform is provided at CERN together with a complete service including support, training and consulting activities by the PLM-CAD Service.
