CAD Support Tours


The purpose of the support tours is to provide an additional way of communication between CAD users and the support team. Any CAD related question can be communicated via the normal support channels while the support tours give the opportunity to be assisted with tasks that have not yet turned into problems. It also gives the possibility to ask questions that can not be easily formulated in a standard support request.
