1. Edit the fix component constraint (double click on the constraint in the 3D or the tree).
2. The following dialog box appears, then click on "More" and let the "Fix in space" checked.
3. At that point you can change the values of translation and rotation (you can also change these values from the properties of the constraint).
4. The component will take its new place.
5. The components that were linked by constraints will update also.
